Meat filling - Tech class,T3 W2

Today at tech we made our filling for our mince and cheese pie. To make the mince and cheese pie you have to make the filling first and then make the pastry for the pie, so you have two lessons during this process. While I was making the filling my eyes hurt really badly because I was the person cutting up the onions. I am so excited to make this pie, I think it is going to taste wonderful.
