1. 1 ½ cup of S.R flour
2. ½ cup of sugar
3. ⅓ cup of coco
4. 1 egg

These cupcakes were mouth watering. It was really fun and educational making these wondrous cupcakes. I will definitely suggest making these at home. You can make these sweet tasty snacks at home for your whanau.

Sponge Roll-FTE

A few weeks ago we made a sponge roll. It was really exciting learning new skills, we learnt how to make it, and fold it. The end result of this sponge roll was very very tasty. Also the whip cream and chocolate sauce, delicious!

Multi-Coloured Muffins - FTE

Multi coloured muffins
Dry ingredients:
1 ½ cup of S.R.F
 ⅓ cup of sugar

Wet ingredients:
1 cup of milk
¼ cup of oil
1 lid of vanilla essence
3 drops of food colouring

Wisk both dry and wet ingredients and scoop 1 desert spoon each
muffin cup and top up with the rest of your muffin batter.
Heat up the oven to 180’c for 15 mins, then afterwards pop it into the
oven and let it cook.

It was definitely fun making these muffins and I hope to try and make it at home. My muffins were delicious but they were a little bit under cooked. I will surely consider making these at home with my mother and see how she'd like it.
